All event information can be found on your downloadable ticket.
By registering for a free ticket to this event, you acknowledge and agree to the following
terms:
1. Voluntary Participation
You understand that the Stay Moochin x Duco Clothing free group hike is a casual,
peer-led outdoor meetup. You are voluntarily choosing to join a group of individuals
following a route planned by Stay Moochin and Duco Clothing, and you accept full
responsibility for your own participation.
2. Personal Responsibility
You are solely responsible for your own safety, decisions, wellbeing, and belongings
during the event. The organisers are not responsible for any injury, illness, loss,
damage, or incident that may occur before, during, or after the hike.
3. Route Choice & Risk Acknowledgement
This event involves mountain hiking and optional scrambling, which carry inherent risks,
including slips, trips, falls, exposure to severe weather, and physical strain.
Participants are free to choose their preferred route. Stay Moochin and Duco Clothing
are simply following a route familiar to them; others are welcome to join but do so
entirely at their own risk.
4. Not a Guided Activity
This event is not a professionally guided or led walk. No member of Stay Moochin or
Duco Clothing is acting as a qualified mountain leader or accepting responsibility for
attendees. There is no duty of care owed to participants by the organisers.
5. No Liability Accepted
By attending, you release and discharge Stay Moochin, Duco Clothing, and any
individuals associated with the event from any and all liability for any accident, injury,
illness, loss, or damage sustained during or resulting from the event.
6. Fitness & Equipment
You confirm that you are physically able to take part in a hike of this nature and will
bring appropriate footwear, waterproof clothing, food, water, and navigation tools. The
organisers are not checking equipment and cannot assist with shortages or issues.

7. Children
Participants under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times.
This event is not designed for unaccompanied minors.
8. Insurance
You acknowledge that no insurance is provided by the organisers. You are strongly
advised to arrange your own suitable personal accident, health, or outdoor activity
insurance if required.
9. Weather & Changes
The organisers reserve the right to modify or cancel the planned route at any time
based on weather or safety considerations. Participation remains voluntary and self-led
throughout.
10. Acceptance of Terms
By booking a free ticket and attending the hike, you confirm that you have read,
understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions, and accept full responsibility for
your own safety, decisions, and actions during the event.
